PRE-ORDER TIMELINE

  • February 24 - March 9, 2025

    Pre-Order window opens! Customers who place orders during this time get the lowest price at $10 per pin.

  • March 10, 2025

    Mass Order is placed with manufacturer. Customers may place pre-orders at the retail price ($12-$15) until stock runs out.

  • March 11, 2025

    Production begins! The manufacturer begins producing all of our pin designs.

  • March 31, 2025

    Production is completed and pins are shipped from the production facility to our office.

  • April 7, 2025

    Pins arrive at our office! We complete our quality checks and begin packing orders.

  • April 8-11, 2025

    All pre-ordered pins are shipped out to customers and will be delivered according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

If you've never pre-ordered a product before, please read through the list of FAQ's to get an idea of how this process works.

What is a pre-order, and why should I pre-order now

Pre-ordering means you’re reserving your pins before they officially launch—and getting the best price while you do it.

Here’s why it matters:
1️⃣ Secure your pins before they sell out. Our first pin (a partnership with Alexander Stationery) sold out in 48 hours. We increased our next order 10x, and it sold out before inventory even arrived. Our largest production run to date? Half gone in less than a week. If you wait, you might see that dreaded “Sold Out” message.

2️⃣ Help us estimate demand. Pre-orders allow us to order the right amount of inventory so we can keep the most popular designs in stock. Every pre-order directly influences our production numbers.

How does the pre-order process work?

🛍️ Pre-Order Window: The best pricing is available for 2 weeks only while we collect as many orders as possible.


📦 Production: Once pre-orders close, we place a mass order with our manufacturer. Production takes 3 weeks, then another week for shipping to us.


🚚 Fulfillment & Shipping: After a few days of processing, orders will start shipping out to customers!

Can I still order after the pre-order window closes?

Yes—but the price will go up. While production is in progress, we’ll continue accepting orders, but they won’t be at the pre-order discount. If you want the best deal, pre-order now!

Are there any risks to pre-ordering?

We are 100% committed to offering every pin you see on this page. However, each pin needs to hit a minimum number of pre-orders to cover production and shipping costs.

If a pin doesn’t meet the minimum, we may need to remove it from production and issue a refund for that design. Your order could be partially canceled if you selected a pin that didn’t reach enough backers.

When will my order ship?

Pre-order items typically ship within [X weeks] after production is completed. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

Can I mix and match pins from different collections?

Yes! You can order any combination of pins, and orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, a pre-order perk!

What if I order then change my mind?

We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel your order, email us at heyfam@rebelliouspins.com and we’ll take care of it.

Will these pins be restocked?

That depends on demand. If a pin doesn’t get enough orders, our initial production run may be the one and only run.

🔥 While we aim to keep our best sellers in stock, it's difficult to estimate when (or if) we’ll reorder certain designs. The only guaranteed way to get a pin is to pre-order it now.
