Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting heyfam@rebelliouspins.com.
  • Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it can be returned under our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you need to return an item, email heyfam@rebelliouspins.com with your order details.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email heyfam@rebelliouspins.com with photo evidence of the damage.
  • We use these images to provide feedback to our manufacturer for quality assurance improvements and to determine if a manufacturer switch is needed.
  • Approved refunds for damaged items will be processed promptly.
