We will begin manufacturing products based on the volume of orders placed during the Early Access period. We will continue to accept orders up until we reach our inventory threshold.

Inventory arrives at our office and we begin sorting and preparing for fulfillment. You will receive an email when inventory has arrived as well as when your order has shipped.
Pre-Order FAQs
A pre-order means you're purchasing before we manufacture. This lets us gauge demand and only make what's actually wanted. It's how we stay small, intentional, and sustainable.
As a small business, we don't have capital to manufacture huge runs hoping they sell. Pre-orders let us invest with confidence. Things that don't get ordered don't get made. You're helping us stay lean without wasting money on things you don't want.
Orders ship between June 15 and end of June, depending on manufacturing timelines. You'll get an email when your order arrives at our office, and another when it ships to you.
Once it ships, USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 3-5 business days and Ground Mail can take up to 8 days. The shipping speed that you select at checkout will apply after the products have landed at our office.
We manufacture in small batches based on demand. If there's a product you really want and you decide not to order, there's a chance that we decide not to make it at all. There's a chance that if we do make it, it'll be sold out during the pre-order period and you miss your opportunity.
We try our best to estimate timelines based on the information provided by our manufacturer, and we also added some buffer in there just in case. But, as we do not control what happens at customs or how fast a carrier ships, there is a risk that the timeline slips a little. If it does, we will be in touch every step of the way.
We'll assess whether to move forward with manufacturing. If we don't, you'll get a full refund for that item. We'll email you as soon as we know.
You'll be charged shipping for each separately, since they ship at different times. However, if each order total reaches our free shipping threshold, you won't pay additional shipping fees.

Pre-orders mean we're manufacturing on-demand based on your support. That's how we stay small and intentional. But it also means there's a small amount of risk.
If a design doesn't hit its order threshold and we decide not to move forward, you'll get a refund. We'll contact you first to let you know.
